This research project concerns the proposition of methodology and models for reliability/availability evaluation of sustainable data centers. The project involves the construction of parameterized reliability/availability models that can represent the system’s components of sustainable data centers. This research project should primarily model the availability of cooling, power and compute infrastructures based on individual reliability information and operating conditions. Besides, availability and reliability metrics, the models must also provide the related costs for producing a particular availability or reliability level.
